state of the art image processing with R statistical methods.
The project grew out of the need, at University of
Pennsylvania, to develop large-scale analytics pipelines that
track provenance from scanner to scientific study. ANTsR wraps
an ANTs and ITK C++ core via Rcpp to access these frameworks
from within R and support reproducible analyses. Specialized
functionality in ANTsR includes image segmentation and
registration along imaging specific variations of principal
component and canonical correlation analysis.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/antsx/actions/runs/40962278167</link><pubDate>Thu, 29 Oct 2026 18:17:29 GMT</pubDate><r:package>ANTsR</r:package><r:version>0.6.7</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://antsx.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/ANTsX/ANTsR</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>fused_ridge_wide_data.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>fused_ridge_wide_data.html</r:filename><r:title>Fused Ridge Regression on High-Dimensional (Wide) Data</r:title><r:created>2026-06-09 14:03:18</r:created><r:modified>2026-06-09 15:21:27</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>iMath.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>iMath.html</r:filename><r:title>iMath (mathematical operations inside ANTsR)</r:title><r:created>2015-03-13 19:10:17</r:created><r:modified>2024-08-11 15:16:25</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>multivarTemplateCoordinates.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>multivarTemplateCoordinates.html</r:filename><r:title>multivariate template coordinates example for eigenanatomy</r:title><r:created>2016-08-03 14:45:04</r:created><r:modified>2024-08-11 15:16:25</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>RestingBOLD.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>RestingBOLD.html</r:filename><r:title>Resting BOLD (basic analyses using ANTsR)</r:title><r:created>2015-06-17 22:44:18</r:created><r:modified>2024-08-11 15:16:25</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>simlr_interpretation.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>simlr_interpretation.html</r:filename><r:title>simlr_interpretation</r:title><r:created>2024-08-11 12:33:42</r:created><r:modified>2026-05-08 14:44:26</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>deformationSimulation.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>deformationSimulation.html</r:filename><r:title>Simulate a deformation field with ANTsR</r:title><r:created>2016-08-17 11:01:08</r:created><r:modified>2024-08-11 15:24:56</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>ANTsR.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>ANTsR.html</r:filename><r:title>Transformations and statistical representations for images in R</r:title><r:created>2015-02-08 19:32:15</r:created><r:modified>2025-11-03 19:12:37</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
